Who we are
This website, usehelm.co.uk, is run by Sam Bax, trading as Helm ("Helm", "we", "us"). Sam Bax is the data controller for the personal data collected through this site. Contact: hello@usehelm.co.uk.
What we collect
We collect personal data only when you give it to us:
Early-access request: your work email address.
Contact form: your name, email address and the message you send.
Email you send us: whatever you include.
We do not collect personal data from other sources and we do not buy lists.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
To reply to you and to arrange a conversation about Helm. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
To tell you when Helm is available, if you asked for early access. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in following up a request you made. Every such email tells you how to stop them.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Framer hosts this site and delivers form submissions to our mailbox.
Our email provider stores the messages we receive.
We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is clear we will not be working together, whichever is sooner. Early-access requests are deleted if we have not spoken within twelve months.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email hello@usehelm.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
