Helm reads the shared mailbox your agency already runs on. Messages stay in Outlook; Helm sorts them, matches them to a property and prepares the next step.
How it works.
You sign in with your Microsoft account and choose which mailboxes Helm can see. Your team keeps their own sign-in, and Helm never needs a shared password.
